Our Board of Governors
Michele Lai is the Founder of Kids4Kids. She has over 10 years of experience in Hong Kong and Australia with multinationals including Toyota, Inchcape and Cable & Wireless HKT in strategic marketing and planning. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University, Western Australia. Based on the belief that our children are our future and we need to invest in all of them, Michele feels very fortunate to be able to give back to the community through her work with Kids4Kids and hopes to continue this volunteering career together with her children.
Kyran is the Chairman of KYSS Properties. Prior to setting up his own company, Kyran was one of the founders of Aedas, one of the world’s largest architectural groups, with 40 offices and over 2,500 employees worldwide. He was the Managing Director, Executive Director and Senior Director of Aedas Limited, and was the Project Director and Authorized Person responsible for numerous projects. During his tenure, the firm won numerous international and local awards in architectural design, interior design, quality project and building. Kyran contributes to over 70 voluntary, institutional and charity organisations in Hong Kong.
Team
Mark Cheung joined Kids4Kids in July 2018 as Executive Director. He heads up the programme team and works closely with business partners to develop a diversified fundraising channel. Under his leadership, Kids4Kids has become more effective in fulfilling its mission to develop platforms to empower young people to be socially responsible and community conscious.
Mark has a rich experience in leading local and international NGOs. Prior to joining Kids4Kids, Mark served as Managing Director of HelpMeSee Hong Kong, Resource Development Director of Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong and Fundraising Director of Plan International Hong Kong. Mark holds a Master degree in Business Management from University of Warwick and Bachelor of Engineering from University College London.
Iris Pang joined Kids4Kids in August 2018 as the Administration Manager. She provides a full range of backend and secretarial support to Kids4Kids and the Executive Director. Before joining Kids4Kids, Iris was the Officer Manager of HelpMeSee Hong Kong and Administration Officer of Hong Kong Bellawings Jet Limited. Iris holds a Honours Degree in Social Science from The Education University of Hong Kong.
